Use a profile URL when you want someone to see all of your public Pinterest activity. Use a board URL when you want them to see one collection, such as recipes, interiors, or brand ideas. Use a Pin URL when there is one exact image or post you want them to open.
Choosing the right link prevents a common sharing mistake: sending your full profile when you meant to show one board, or sending one Pin when the visitor needs to follow the whole profile.
